Dr Stella Scharinger is a School Improvement Partner and lead for inclusion with The Stour Academy Trust. Stella actively promotes inclusive practice based on providing equitable opportunities for all through developing learning spaces in which all children feel a sense of belonging, improved accessibility and personalised learning approaches.

Toni Hamilton is the Trust Digital Curriculum Advisor at The Stour Academy Trust and a Pearson Teacher of the Year Silver Award Winner for Digital Innovation. Throughout her teaching career, Toni has championed the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning, focusing on inclusion, accessibility, and equitable learning opportunities. As a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Microsoft Master Trainer, and ambassador for several technology communities including Wakelet, BookCreator, TeachmateAi, and Quizzilize, Toni is dedicated to providing enriching experiences for children.
