Our Projects

London Zoo
London Zoo is a popular educational attraction for people of all ages, but is it accessible for all disabilities? Through this project we aim to bring attention to the inaccessibility of the education provided by the zoo, and ask them to work with disabled individuals to improve access.

Drawing the Animals
Follow usWhat better way to spend time at the zoo than drawing the animals. London Zoo does amazing conservation work both on and off site. We are highlighting our aim to increase the accessibility of learning about the conservation and animals through our videos.
-
Communication Resources
Buy nowWe don't just want to identify the problem, but be part of the solution. With the animals we have drawn we can create communication resources to use at any zoo. These can support people to choose where they want to go and learn more about the animals they can see without relying on verbal speech.
-
Informative Posters
I want one! Many animals are already used to represent elements of the disability community, they can also be a great way to explain disabilities. Use these posters to learn little and often! Put them up in the staff room, on the back of toilet doors or use as lesson inspiration!
